same deal as the traditional greek salad except with a few swap outs.
replace 1/2 the tomatos with watermelon
use red onion
replace oregano with cilantro
use fresh crack pepper
green peppers, olives and feta as usual. mix away and chill.
just before serving drizzle a little olive oil and fresh lemon juice to brighten flavors.
serve with fresh pita and your favorite grilled fish recipe.
